Listings that fail to meet the requirements outlined in our Terms and Conditions will be rejected

Violation of Accuracy and Authenticity guidelines, such as providing false or incomplete information, will
result in rejection

Prohibited Content

Listings containing prohibited content, including but not limited to personal contact details phone numbers,
email addresses, or social media profiles in any part of the property description, images, or documents,
offensive language, discriminatory statements, or misleading information, will be rejected.

Images or documents that violate copyright laws or include inappropriate content will not be accepted.

Duplicate or Manipulative Listings

Submitting multiple listings for the same property with different details or pricing to manipulate search
results will lead to rejection

Insufficient or Incomplete Information

Listings missing critical details such as property location, price, or other mandatory fields may be rejected

Poor quality or inadequate images that fail to represent the property accurately may also result in rejection

Unauthorized Submissions

Listings submitted by individuals who cannot verify their legal ownership or authorization to advertise
the property will be rejected

Legal and Regulatory Violations

Listings that do not comply with applicable local, state, or national laws, including fair housing
regulations and property advertising standards, will be rejected

Platform Moderation and Review

All listings are subject to review by our moderation team

The platform reserves the right to reject any listing that, in its sole discretion, is deemed unsuitable for
publication or poses a risk to users.

Notification of Rejection

If a listing is rejected, the submitter will be notified via email or through the platform

The notification will include the reason(s) for rejection and guidance on how to address the issue(s)

Appeals Process

Submitters may appeal a rejection by contacting our support team within 7 days of receiving the notification

Appeals will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and the platform s decision will be final
